Concerned about the respect of the privacy of its Users, ENODIS undertakes to ensure the protection of the personal data of its Users.

Consequently, no data transmitted via our website may be consulted by an unauthorised third party. ENODIS takes all useful precautions to preserve the security of these data and, in particular, to prevent them from being distorted or damaged.

ENODIS treats all of its Users' data in accordance with this privacy policy.

I. Definitions

- personal data: any information relating to an identified natural person or which can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements specific to him/her.

- User: any capable adult natural person, or any legal entity, using the services offered on the enodis.fr website, who may be either a private individual or a professional.
 

II. Collection and diffusion of personal data

ENODIS is likely to collect personal data related to the User, in particular during :

- browsing on the Website

- the creation of an account

- the creation of a Document

- payment for a Service

- a request for information or to make contact

- writing a comment

The information likely to be collected by ENODIS is that relating to the identity of the User, their postal and/or electronic contact details, a credit card number or connection data.

All personal data collected by ENODIS are mandatory and necessary to benefit from the Services offered by ENODIS. Each piece of data collected by the Company is in accordance with the purpose(s) pursued.

All personal data thus collected by ENODIS may be transmitted to external service providers in order to ensure the proper functioning of the Services, in particular the effective processing of payment. When paying online, all personal data transmitted is protected.

III. Retention of personal data

The User's personal data is kept until it is deleted at the request of the User or by the Company.

ENODIS will keep in its computer systems and under reasonable security conditions, proof of the transaction including the order form and invoice in accordance with the provisions of the French Commercial Code relating to the retention period of books and documents created in the course of commercial activities and the French Consumer Code relating to the retention of contracts concluded by electronic means, in this case ten years.

IV. Hosting of personal data

The enodis.fr website is hosted by OVH, a simplified joint stock company with a capital of €10,069,020.00.

The storage of Users' personal data is exclusively carried out on the data centers ("clusters") located in European Union Member States of the OVH company.

V. Right of access and deletion of personal data by the User

In accordance with the provisions of Law 78-17 of the 6th of January 1978 as amended, the User has a right of access to the information collected by OHV:

- the User may request the modification of his data at any time.

- the User may at any time request the rectification of erroneous data

- the User may request the deletion of existing data at any time

VI. Use of cookies

ENODIS informs the User that it may use cookies. The User expressly accepts the use of cookies by continuing to browse the website.
